In addition, Mike played an integral role in numerous out-of court situations including advising a U.S. based railroad during its acquisition of a Mexican railroad and advising the global asset recovery group of Lucent in the OneTel case in Australia. Mike has vast knowledge of all facets of the bankruptcy process and business analytics and valuation across numerous industries, including telecommunications, transportation, retail, manufacturing, oil refining and home building. Accomplishments:Mike has been involved in some of the largest bankruptcy cases throughout his career.
