Responsibilities:

Christopher focuses on developing and implementing strategic real estate plans for his clients. Those plans involve real estate analysis, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, lease-related services, including negotiation, modification, and termination of leases, and real estate financing and sale/leaseback services.

Experience:

With over 21 years of experience, Chris has overseen the disposition of several multi-million-dollar real estate portfolios and large industrial properties and has valued a significant amount of real property for companies and financial institutions.

Client engagements include negotiating real estate leaseholds, the sale and disposition of real estate assets in and out of bankruptcy, advising clients on their real estate activities by conducting extensive industry and company research, and valuing real estate assets.

Prior to joining GA Keen Realty Advisors, Chris was a Director with KPMG Corporate Finance, Vice President with Keen Consultants, and an Associate with Henry Boeckmann, Jr. & Associates Real Estate Appraisers.
