Years of Experience:

Over 25 years of professional appraisal experience, specializing in the valuation of industrial plants, heavy mobile equipment fleets, and other tangible assets. William has spent the majority of his professional career in the employ of leading industrial appraisal firms. He has extensive project and senior management experience, serving prominent financial institutions, private equity groups, Governmental agencies, including the Internal Revenue Service, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and U.S. Marshal, as well as tax consultants, accounting firms, legal professionals, and insurance companies.

Responsibilities:

William utilizes his many years of experience in order to provide guidance and oversight to the appraisal process. He works directly with our clients to ensure that Great American’s valuation services meet or exceed their expectations. William networks with commodity-specific advisors, oversees the appraisal process, and reviews the final work product.

Accomplishments:

Having completed the required course work, testing and experience requirements, William has earned the designation of Accredited Senior Appraiser, Machinery & Technical Specialties, as administered by the American Society of Appraisers. He has also earned the designation of Certified Equipment Appraiser, as administered by the Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers. He has provided expert witness testimony in the Federal District Court, U.S. Bankruptcy Court and before Revenue Boards. William has completed appraisals throughout the United States, in addition to projects in Canada, Czech Republic, England, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, and Sweden.

Education:

William received a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Texas at Arlington.
